At SOLARGRID ENGINEERING, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent regarding project cancellations, material returns, and service terminations.

Refund Policy

Refund & Project Termination Policy

1. Project Mobilization Fees

Initial advance payments or mobilization fees paid for site surveys, engineering designs, and statutory approvals are non-refundable once the technical work has commenced.

2. Material Returns

  • Materials such as Solar Panels, Inverters, and Earthing Rods can only be returned if they are found to be defective upon delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-fabricated structures or chemical earthing compounds once the bags have been opened or utilized at the site.

3. Project Cancellations

In the event of a project cancellation by the client after materials have been procured, the client will be liable for a restocking fee of 20% of the material value, plus any logistics costs incurred.

4. Government Subsidies

Payments related to the **PM Surya Ghar Yojana** or other schemes are subject to government processing. Solargrid Engineering is not liable for refunds if a subsidy is rejected due to ineligible documentation provided by the client or changes in government policy.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the technical inspection and audit of returned materials (if applicable).
